at my delightful La Cala de Mijas restaurant, you will be picked up from The Geranium by our chauffeur and taken to a secret location away from the hustle and bustle of the Coast so you may enjoy the surrounding country side and the tranquillity of my home.
I will explain to you what
we will be doing on the day. You will receive my
personal tuition to help you create your own menus
for dinner parties at home.
we will break for Cava and you will be invited to all sit together where my small team will serve a three-course lunch with selected wines.
you will receive your book of recipes,
a personalised apron and our branded chocolates.
Finally, when our lunch time is finished, our driver will return you to The Geranium.
Participants are limited to eight at a time and, at the moment, we are holding these events on the
following dates:
◽September 26th
◽October – 10th & 25th
◽November – THE SCHOOL WILL BE CLOSED DURING THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER
◽December – 5th & 19th
Other dates are available later in the year and for private groups of eight.
Reserve as soon as possible as dates are filling fast.
Payment in full by bank transfer is required when booking.
