at my delightful La Cala de Mijas restaurant, you will be picked up from The Geranium by our chauffeur and taken to a secret location away from the hustle and bustle of the Coast so you may enjoy the surrounding country side and the tranquillity of my home.
I will explain to you what we will be doing on the day.
You will receive my personal tuition to help you create your own menus
for dinner parties at home.
you will receive your book of recipes,
a personalised apron and our branded chocolates.
after the course our driver will return you to The Geranium for Lunch.
Participants are limited to eight at a time and, at the moment, we are holding these events on the
following dates:
◽September – 11th, 18th, and 25th – Dedicated to cooking outdoors in his bbq kitchen.
◽October – 9th and 23th
◽November – 13th and 27th
Chef Steven pauses his cookery school for August because it’s too hot he says! But he releases new dates for September including the 11 th. 18th and 25 th September with this month dedicated to cooking outdoors in his bbq kitchen. Come and join him , learn how to cook the perfect steak on the bbq with bbq potatoes and onions how to smoke salmon on the bbq and finish with a pancake dish cooked outside with bananas from his garden and Including a 4 course lunch on the terrace at the finca with wines and drinks included. Transport to finca and return to restaurant. Book now to avoid disappointment……
